Online Food Handlers Card

A food handlers card can be obtained online by following the link to statefoodsafety.com. All participants must select Missouri as the state, Kansas City, MO as the county and city. The fee is $25. You will be required to obain the permit within 30 days of taking the online training by going to the Kansas City, MO Health Department and taking a 5 question post test. Valid for 3 years.

This course is mandatory for anyone wishing to stand lead, cashier, bartend, serve, sell alcohol, or manage alcohol during events. Volunteers must be 21 in Kansas City, 19 in Nebraska to take the certification. Required for all Aramark locations. Valid for 3 years.

Nebraska Alcohol Training

The Responsible Beverage Server Training is mandatory for anyone wishing to stand lead, cashier, serve, sell alcohol, or manage alcohol during events in Nebraska. City and State trainings are required. Cost is $15 (reimbursed). Valid for 3 years.

The Non-Levy Employee Acknowledgement Packet must be downloaded and completed. Please upload a copy to the Volunteer Certification Submission Form. The policy training must be completed yearly. Required for all Levy locations.

The Independence MO Liquor License is also mandatory for anyone wishing to stand lead, cashier, bartend, serve, sell alcohol, or manage alcohol during events. Cost is $30. Valid for 3 years.
